Triangle's Joint Venture Guidelines
At Triangle, we value collaborative partnerships and are committed to creating mutually beneficial relationships with our joint venture partners. Here are the terms of our JV agreements:
Profit Sharing: Assignment fees will be split 50/50, with a minimum of $2,000 and a maximum of $10,000 per property.
Seller Appointment Support: If you have a contract with you come to us GREAT! But if you have made an appointment and want help comping the house, negotiating with the seller, or coming up with a repair budget - we are here for you!
Marketing Efforts: Our team will create engaging graphics and post them on at least four relevant Facebook groups. Additionally, we will send at least two promotional emails to our growing mailing list.
Submission Process: We will design a user-friendly submission form to collect offers, and during the walkthrough, we will provide QR code signage for convenient offer submission.
Buyer Walkthrough Support: Triangle's dedicated representatives will be present at the walkthrough to ensure a smooth and professional experience for potential buyers.
